Hello fans of Artzy Creations! I’m so happy to be back from Made From Pinterest, because you are going to love this quick and easy Rosemary and Cranberry Cheese Ball. It’s the perfect solution when you need a great appetizer fast!
I wish I had this recipe 2 years ago when my darling daughter called me in November and told me she was getting married December 20th! We started the wedding to-do list while we were on the phone and it just kept growing. I quickly called and told everyone in the family the good news. My sister Sherri told her kids that their cousin was getting married and they had to make a choice. They could go on a family vacation and miss the wedding or skip their family vacation and come to California to help with the wedding.
Her kids didn’t have to think for more than a minute, they wanted to come to be with our family and help with the wedding. Thanks heavens they did, I never would have made it without them! We woke up December 21st the day after the wedding and realized there was only one red ornament hanging right in the middle of our Christmas tree! My husband hopped up and said “who wants to decorate the tree”? Everyone groaned and no one moved. Christmas morning my teenage daughter posted a photo of our Christmas tree with the one red ornament and the comment “this is what happens when your sister gets married in December”!
With or without a wedding, the holidays are always joyful but they can also be very stressful. I love this Rosemary and Cranberry Cheese Ball from Life’s Ambrosia because you can whip it up in just 10 minutes. It looks so elegant and has an amazing earthy flavor from the fresh rosemary. Quick and easy recipes like this leaves you with plenty of time to decorate your tree with all the trimmings!
