Day 2 of the 12 Days of Wrapping brings you a non-traditional yet simple approach to gift wrapping for the holidays. I love feathers and the beauty in their simplicity. I also love non-traditional wrapping that stands apart from the rest. So, here is a very simplistic DIY feather gift wrapping idea.
Here’s what you need:
- Extra Fine Tip White Paint Marker
- Brown Craft Paper
Start by wrapping your present in brown craft paper.
I free handed the feather design in pencil. Brown craft paper is pretty forgiving. It’s not a problem to erase. Just be gentle. If you aren’t comfortable free handing, print a feather design and cut it out. You can trace around the feather and go back in and add your own lines onto the feather with the paint marker.
Hope you enjoyed this nontraditional wrapping idea! Come back again soon for Day 3 of the 12 Days of Wrapping Series.
